Pink Flamingo Resort

It was leafy and private, we had our own kitchen and private courtyard. There was a pool that looked very nice. The room was big.

It was not particularly clean. Basically, but not entirely. There was a lamp but it was nowhere near the bed so I couldn't read in bed as the rest of the lights were not bright enough. I thought there was a bar, turns out it was just a place next to the pool you could pour your own drinks. I'm not sure if I didn't read the description properly or it wasn't actually as advertised. Absolutely amazing place. The staff were wonderful to this first time visitor to Port Douglas, the grounds were great and the garden villa stunning and spacious for the price. Can't recommend them enough and will definitely be returning!

Loved our stay here. Nice, clean rooms and a fully stocked kitchen with everything you’d need. Very spacious rooms and outdoor seating and a private outdoor tub/shower. We didn’t get to take advantage of the pool but it looked really nice. An easy 20 minute walk into the main area where all the restaurants and shops are. We just came for the day to visit the Daintree rainforest but wish we could have stayed longer!

Super friendly staff and relaxed environment. Felt like a Bali villa. Had friends stop by who wished they had stayed there too.

Accommodation feels old

Gorgeous pool, lovely spacious and colourful rooms with all amenities you could possibly need (couch, TV, fridge, sink etc), stunning tropical garden. 5 minute drive to town. Helpful friendly staff.

Probably best for couples and groups, not a very social space for solo travellers unless you are seeking peace and quiet, in which case its ideal!

Would stay again in this rainforest. We enjoyed your DVDs after days at the beach. Walkable to downtown in 9 minutes. 60 min drive to Daintree rainforest.

A few windows had screen and no glass windows. AC kept night temperature comfortable for sleeping without difficulty.

Spacious, colourful villa close to town yet it feels like it’s set deep in the rain forest. Quirky and comfortable, it has everything you need and more, including an outdoor bath in your own private courtyard. Owner has thought of everything; including high strength spray on insect repellent, citronella candles for the outside bath; inside there was cling film, alu foil, tissues. There was an extensive supply of books and dvd’s that you could borrow for free. Would definitely go back; we loved it.
