Location was good

Rooms were having flies. The washroom was not clean. The breakfast inclusion option was denied by staff. No fan in the room.

"Good location and Hotel."

It's in the heart of the city. Everything is available outside. The rooms were good ,spacious and well maintained. Hot water available. Service was good enough. The food ordered was good. Overall a good stay.

The kettle and the hair dryer in my room were not working . But I also didn't complain about it. If I would have I think they would have been replaced. .

Near to the major attractions

Room did not have tea / coffee maker / heat the water for drinking. these are basic requirements could not provided not luxury. We have stayed in similar type of rooms in other hotels they provided. Restaurant food expensive.
