Ramada by Wyndham Cold Lake exceeded my expectations again. The service was excellent from check-in to check-out, and the cleanliness of the room was outstanding. The hotel amenities, including a great breakfast and fitness facilities, were an added bonus. A highly recommended hotel for both business and leisure travel.

"Wonderful Stay – Excellent Service and Comfort!"

I had a great time at the Ramada by Wyndham Cold Lake. The staff made me feel welcome and important right away. The staff at the front desk were friendly and professional, and they did everything they could to make sure that check-in went smoothly and that I had a comfortable stay. The room was very clean, big, and had everything I needed, like a comfortable bed with fresh linens, a good desk to work at, and fast Wi-Fi. The breakfast staff were friendly and helpful, and the food was great. There were a lot of hot and cold choices. The best thing about the hotel was the great service and hospitality from everyone. You can really tell that the management cares about keeping the place clean, safe, and focused on the guests. The location is great because it's close to restaurants, stores, and main roads, but it's still quiet and peaceful. Anyone going to the area for business or pleasure should stay at Ramada Cold Lake. I'll be back for sure!

Die Lage war für uns gut. Das Frühstück hatten wir nicht probiert, da wir mit der Familie da bereits unterwegs waren. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß und bieten viel Platz.

Leider waren einige andere Gäste nachts und früh morgens sehr laut, wodurch wir nicht gut schlafen konnten. Das Fitnessstudio hätte ich mir etwas größer gewünscht.
