"Cold Lake comfort."

I checked in later at night and was greeted with a friendly smile. The room was spacious, well appointed and clean. Only complaint is no freezer on my mini fridge (I had small freezer packs for food transportation). Stayed here last year and plan on staying next year if I go to Cold Lake.

My keys stopped working every single day twice a day, I was there for 3 days. They told me I couldn't keep the keys in my purse, pockets or by my cell phone or they would stop working. I went back to my room for a couple hours and kept the key cards on top the drawer away from everything else, got ready to leave, key cards were not working again. Staff seemed to be annoyed everytime I went to get them reactivated. Aside from this, the first day I got to my room, it was ice cold in there, I tried putting the heat on for a bit, heater wasn't working. Maintenence came to fix it. Everytime we showered, the floor was soaking wet as the shower head was old and leaked everywhere outside of the shower curtain. We had no plug for baths, the floor had hairs on them when we first arrived. will not be going back to this hotel.

"Cold Lake Visit"

One night in a King suite, bathroom floor needs replacing and the bed being a coil mattress you could feel every move your spouse made, rolling over etc.

"Warning!!!"

This is a Hotel that provides zero customer service... no housekeeping done in your room unless you stay at a least 3 nights.. I'm not talking about clean linens or towels (I get that has an environment impact and support it) I'm taking about no emptying trash, no making your bed, no replenishing of coffee or tea, soaps, etc. Customer appreciation is non existent; we have more trips planned for this area and will 100% not stay there!!!

We could see homeless people behind the property. Breakfast was very poor quality. We did not expect this from Ramada.
