We stay in Antwerp every year and this year the hotel was great for location but very poor accommodation.We had ordered a double bed with ensuite but got a twin bedded room with shared toilet on landing. The receptionist informed us this was a website mistake that has been corrected now. She had no other rooms to offer us. Room very poor and no light bulbs in overhead fixing , had to ask for a light bulb for lamp.Plug sockets were coming off the wall and cold tap in sink did not switch on. Will not recommend or visit again.Shame really as a lovely building that could be made nice with money and restoring.

大聖堂や旧市街など観光地のそばですごくかわいいホテル 19世紀の建物らしいかわいらしさでシャワーは部屋にあるもののトイレは共同、エレベーター無しですが、螺旋階段だったり食堂など随所にホテルのかわいらしさがあっておすすめです。

De ligging is fantastisch. Dicht bij het centrum en toch heel rustig. De ontvangst was zeer vriendelijk.

Pokój był w miarę czysty, niestety hotel jest bardzo głośny. Wszelkie dźwięki bardzo się przenoszą, a gdy hotelowi goście idą po krętych drewnianych schodach w środku nocy to mamy gwarantowaną pobudkę. Dodatkowo otwarcie okna powodowało wlatywanie dziesiątek komarów (przez źle zaprojektowany system odprowadzania deszczówki)

Great value for money - free wifi and breakfast. Be aware that the toilet is shared with 2 other rooms (but each room has a shower and sink).

Très bien situé en plein centre ville, cet hôtel doit avoir deux parties : une récente et une ancienne. Le site internet présente de bien belles photos des chambres, rien à voir avec celles que nous avons louées. Pour notre part : pas de salle de bains, le bac à douche (avec rideau) à 20cm de la table de nuit, les toilettes sur le palier, l'isolation phonique inexistante sont des points NOIRS. Nous avions demandé deux chambres attenantes, elles n'étaient pas au même étage. Heureusement notre séjour se limitait à une seule nuit.

Good location to city center. Hotel looks very old. Free parking near by the river. Good breakfast which was included in the price.
