Very clean and comfortable. Great facilities.

Handy location, nice pool, good sized unit/bedrooms

The lack of staff support when there was a blackout during a storm. The front desk is only operated during the day, but the blackout lasted 6 hours over the evening and it would have been very comforting for any temporary visitors to receive a welfare check including instructions on how to access the car park when the elevator is out, where to find a thoughtfully stashed torch and batteries. If too much to add to the job description, maybe it could be part of the instruction pack and replacements for torch and batteries that go missing when someone checks out can be taken out of their deposit.

Great location, bedrooms good size, main bedroom had its own bathroom, kitchen good, comfy and good size couches and tv, WiFi, balcony with room to sit, lift. Pool. Great for the family.
