Property was central to the cbd.

We are locals to the NT, who came into the cbd for a family wedding. We Requested a cot for our young daughter, management agreed to the cot request two weeks in advance and said that we would have one at our accommodation, which they did not. We rang and asked if we could get our request made. They had no recollection of our conversation and request, even though it was in writing, and they could not come into the accommodation to resolve our issue, as no one is on site. We had a terrible nights sleep, if not no sleep at all, as our daughter struggled to sleep, waste of our time and money.

A/c broke fixed straight away, dryer broke fixed straight away just asked and they were happy to help , pool cleaned daily great for what I was expecting no complaints

Strangers were coming into the compound that weren’t staying there a little concerning but other than that all good
