"Horrible really disappointed with the beds."

Location was good.

The beds were not made and looked slept in, and the hand towel had a suspicious stain. The photos I shared are how the beds were before we even touched them.

"Not what we had hoped"

The apartments are in a good location, the services looked to be in good condition (though we didn't use any of the public space), the rooms were clean and serviceable.

We arrived late after a long journey only to find 4 beds rather than 5. It turns out there was a sofa bed, but we couldn't find the sheets. Brining this to the attention of the manager early the next morning earned me a defensive explanation and blame that we hadn't looked more or read deeper into the description on their webpage (we booked through Booking.com).
