Floreat Riverside Lodge and Spa

It was very beautiful with good facilities

The kitchen staff didn’t cook so well on some days

The hotel rooms are not that bad. The kids loved the breakfast

The smell at the self-catering rooms was terrible. We ended up buying our own domestos to try and deal with that.

The pool

Felicia needs training... she is rude and not helpful at all. Your shuttle service should be removed from the website because it's good for nothing. Not much for the kids to do The waitress Lula was the only person who made our stay good. You'll should promote her You'll are welcome to call me to explain all of the above in full 071 349 8832

Floreat is a very neat place to be from receptions to outside garden and what can I say inside the room is very clean and the cleaners are doing their work each and every day.

They swimming pool is not clean enough the must look at it and inside the room the is no fridge to accommodate the drinks to we come with.

Deficits were attended to speedily, e.g. TV, toilet. The room was spacious and comfortable

- The toilet area. a door might be better than the curtain. - Carports may be a good consideration. - We did not see an ABSA bank in Sabie.

The breakfast buffet was good

The rooms had a foul smell, wish they can deal with that, our main bedroom pedestals were broken. Including the bed we found on the 1st night

The shower was not clean, the toilet seat was discolored (yellowish) from the urine .

Location and surrounding land in the property.

Lighting was very dark in the rooms, especially bathroom.… not enough luggage storage/ no tables or chairs in the bedrooms. We noted that rooms allocations were based on race…. Right hand side were reserved for a different racial groups and left hand were reserved for the other racial group… 😒
