Floreat Riverside Lodge and Spa

The facility was absolutely beautiful with relaxing scenery all around. Natural surroundings all around, clean outdoor space.🤎🤎🤎.

but the apartment unit was downright dirty and unappealing, with others hair and dusty all around, was unlivable🫢😥🙄.

The location with the view. The staff at the reception was friendly.

The aircon was really noisy the smell in the room was awful . The old lady at the breakfast baking the eggs was rude. The floors in the room and on the balcony was dirty. Really not a very pleasant experience.

The fruit salad had only two yogurt flavors

The handyman were very fast in assisting and they are friendly

The room had a broken toilet seat, the TV didn't work they had to change it while we were in the room. The air-conditioning didn't work we froze the whole night

Breakfast was excellent. The place is so quietly, no noise or any sort of disruption.

The staff was really nice and thoughtful. The room was alright.

There was no internet at the room, and I am coming from another country and needed to speak to my family and take care of work related issues. For me to have access to internet I needed to go to the main reception.
