Sadly the pool area is very tried..especially the private pools..garden area & surrounding areas .needs water blading & new plants ..pools are clean..but please sort these other areas ..slide, & gardens ..timber deck to private pools urgent ..thank you..hope to return soon & see all the above actioned ..it’s a beautiful area to look after …

Lovely location, friendly staff and pools are amazing

For the price of our cabin I was surprised to find a long hair on my pillow and a large cobweb hanging from the ceiling. The shower floor was also wet when we arrived which I would have thought would have been dried like most accommodation. Over all a nice place to stay

The family cabin room layouts, the playground and children facilities.

I thought the spa / pool area was more included in the stay (completely run separately) and quite expensive. I had to pay full price to "spectate" my 6 year old daughter who only wanted to swim for an hour or so. Needs to be more tailored programme to guests staying. Also the jumping pillow was closed when raining or windy - surprising given how relaxed NZ is everywhere else. Perhaps change shade sail to proper cover.

We had an amazing stay at DeBretts Spa Resort. The facilities were clean, well-maintained, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The thermal pools were a highlight of our visit, providing a great way to unwind and enjoy quality time together. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and family-friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend DeBretts to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. We look forward to visiting again in the future

Bed not very comfy. Thin walls between my room and adjoining room. No running water/ sink in the cabin. I hadn't expected it to be so basic. Price too high for something so basic.
