Unit was large, had all the necessary facilities. Partial lake view.

The carpet hadn't been hoovered very well prior to handing over to us. We then used the maid service that was offered - they renewed the towels, but didn't hoover, or make the beds or refill the tea and coffee as it was suggested they would.

Our cabin was cute. Love that is was clean. Had everything you needed. Fridge, tea, coffee, cutlery, glass, cups and TV. Loved that it had a heat pump too. Close to the communal bathrooms. Pools were clean. Had a massage at the Spa it was lovely.

The beds were very uncomfortable!. You could feel the springs. Didn't have a good sleep. Woke up with a sore body. You would need to address that! Watched a movie on TV and the satellite kept dropping off intermittently throughout the movie. The only thing that I thought it needed was bowls and plates and a microwave. .

clean, shared bathrooms clean and warm. Hot pools.

Bed was not very comfortable, noisy couldn't sleep. Asked if they could post me a charger my child forgot. Haven't received it yet.
