Location and cuteness of facilities. It is just beautiful. Their staff is just awesome. Antonio and Lucha felt like they were my uncles living in another city and wanted to take care of me during my visit.

internet is slow. Not that I needed it for my stay but could’ve been helpful for backing up my phone overnight.

People were very helpful and nice and the breakfast was amazing!

The property is located in one of the most renowned neighborhoods, San Blas. The interior gardens were beautiful and well maintained. Breakfast offered a good variety of fresh, high-quality ingredients. We were expecting a queen bed, but instead found two single beds placed together, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, our stay was pleasant and good value for the price we paid.

Quaint property nestled in Cusco near all central activities. Loved the grounds, views and staff were all very kind. Modest and clean room. Affordable. Stayed here before I went on a 5 day Salkantay Trek. Preferred the location to the next higher star hotel I stayed at afterwards.

I cannot stress enough that the front desk staff were so lovely and friendly and helpful and did everything they could to make our stay better. The breakfast they provided was good and the woman serving it was so nice and friendly. They also packed bagged lunches (sandwich, fruit, juice box and granola/cereal bar) when we had to leave early for Machu Picchu as well as for our early flight out of Cusco, which was very thoughtful and convenient for those early mornings.

The rooms were freezing and so uncomfortable to be in - and we’re from Canada! We had 4-5 layers on our bed and wore everything we could and were still so very cold. What we didn’t know was that they have designated times that they turned the heat on starting at 6pm and fluctuates tuntil the morning but to be honest we felt that those times weren’t consistent. Initially we were placed in 103 which was sort of in the basement and asked to immediately move. The room was freezing, half the outlets didn’t work and neither did the safety box - we got moved to 303. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable, they provided one hand towel which was damp when we arrived and there was such poor circulation that our towels and clothes didn’t fully dry.

Coffee is delicious, great selection of fruits, eggs, avocado, olives and cheese with bread for breakfast. Friendly service.

Breakfast was excellent and plenty of it. Coffee was good.
