Eco-Hotel Pension Alemana

Clean and comfortable rooms, even with heater which is very rare in Cusco. Nice property with gardens. One of the best breakfasts I had in Peru.

The photos did not much the actual room. You couldn't get to easily. Awkward location!

We stayed here for 3 consecutive trips as we vacationed in and out of Cusco. We will stay here again next time! The staff are delightful, the breakfast is delicious, and the location was quiet and accessible. We were able to store a few items while out of town, and staff generously allowed us to host our tour guide for a predeparture meeting in their solarium relaxation area. Every hotel needs one! Love this hotel.

Anything is perfect, just the laundry is so expensive, we didn't realize the laundry service is out of the hotel in other store, and especially the hotel said 7 soles/kg, the reality is 10, tooooooo expensive! But i still wanna recommend this hotel.

Really enjoyed my stay. The staff was friendly and the area was clean and safe.

The room is clean.

The milk they serve was spoiled. The cheese was molded. We barely ate their “Special” breakfast. I didn’t make a complaint as they upgraded my room to a double beds one. The owner offered to accommodate a little incident that happened on me earlier. However, by the time of checking out, the front desk was trying to charge me extra for my son. According to the staff, they charge based on the headcount. Please be careful.

Pretty courtyard

There was water leaking out of the ceiling when we took a shower. When we told the front desk person about it they said “oh yeah we tried to fix it”. Then they charged me $40 soles for an old grungy towel I used to clean up a coffee spill. The bathroom smelled like urine. Bed was so uncomfortable.
