"Exceptional"

This is one of the cosiest and friendliest hotels I've ever stayed in! Every morning a lovely old lady cooked me fresh breakfast! Eggs, freshly pressed juice, cereals, yooghurt fruit, bread...whatever you want....and the food keeps coming in. It's on one of the hills with a beautiful view of Cusco. I went on a 4 day hike to Machu Picchu and could just leave my luggage in my room. Very, very nice but simple. Don't expect the Hilton but much more personality.

The location is very nice in the San Blas area and there are very nice terrasses with a wonderful view on the city. The people are very helpful and very nice and the breakfast is very good.

Everything about this pensión is first-class: the professional, friendly and attentive staff, the location, the excellent breakfast (and view), the value for money, the attention to detail in general and the view overlooking Cusco.

This is a beautiful building with greats views of the city. It's very peaceful, nice smelling flowers and lots of shared sitting areas. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff are wonderful and will help with anything! Breakfast is fresh and plentiful. Overall it's a great place to retreat to!

Breakfast was delicious and abundant. Staff couldn't be any friendlier. The place is cozy ad has an amazing view of the city.

I wish the cafeteria opened a little earlier, because some tours start very early in the morning, at least to take away.

Good size room. Free breakfast. Nice city view room. Clean room. Hotel helped us book a taxi to the airport for cheap price.

Lots of stairs leading up to the hotel. Room is cold even with maximum heat. 5% fee for credit card use and they used higher conversion rate when charging for room so we paid higher than quoted price. Also they required 1 night paid within a few days of booking paid through PayPal only. So could be a problem for someone without paypal
