Hotel Thira

Perfect place for whomever is looking for a simple, clean, comfortable room at a decent price. The hosts/staff are great and very accommodating and helpful in every way. The pool area is nice and the view (on the non-Caldera side) is pretty. It's close and accessible to the main parts of town for easy walking, and it's just a couple of blocks to the walk with Caldera views. If you want/need a car (or ATV if you're brave) is available from Tony at the street level. If you're not planning on spending a lot of time in your room, and don't want to spend a lot of $$$ to be on the Caldera side, this is a perfect place.

The room was beautiful, the staff was very pleasant. Perfect distance from the center of Fira. The entire place is immaculate.

Very friendly staff and very nice location, hotel is a bit old so don't expect 5 star quality bathroom but it it was very clean :)

Our stay at Hotel Thira was a great time. The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable for three of us. All facilities and bedding were fine. The area is very quiet, but a short walk to the shops and restaurants. The owners Antonis and Antonia were extremely caring and kind, going out of their way more than once to assist us and ensure we arrived and departed with no issues. They were very generous with their time and made us feel very welcome.

We couldn't have asked for more from this beautiful, clean, family-run hotel. The location is fantastic - within easy walking distance of the shops and restaurants of central Thira, but just far out enough to be peaceful and tranquil when you want to relax undisturbed. The family who run the hotel are extremely friendly and accommodating - we hired a car and a quad from them too and they couldn't have been more helpful. The hotel itself (as well as our room, which was cleaned daily) was spotless. We would highly recommend staying here - it had everything you need and more.

The hotel is spotlessly clean and is very much family run. The rooms are a little old fashioned, but clean and with good Aircon. The wifi only works around the pool area. Breakfast seemed a little meagre, so we went out each morning instead. The staff are very friendly and can arrange vehicle rental and tours from their office downstairs.

we stayed in the apartment a short distance away from the hotel which suited us perfectly, it was quiet and exceptionally roomy, the owner & his wife could not have been more friendly & helpful. 7 minute walk into centre of town and bus station.

This is a great little hotel. It is family owned and run and the owners are extremely friendly and helpful, including allowing you to store your bags and giving you a ride to the bus terminal if you have to catch a late ferry. The food and service is also great. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.

i had a wonderful time here. I felt very blessed with the location and the service. The price was amazing although i booked the triple and got rhe double. This family hotel bent over backwards for us so I highly recommend a stay here. 6/5

Very Nice Stay. The hotel owner is very nice person. He guide our stay in Santorini and give lots of good suggestions. Also, he rent motorbikes which is indeed nice transportation on the island.
