Nikis House

Beautiful place in an old neighborhood. Big rooms, easy communication, good choice of stores and restaurants nearby plus easy access to all the Limassol sites and roads to everywhere else. And a great bargain, too.

Our stay was amazing. Although outside Limassol, still conveniently located only 10 min from city center and beach. Extremely helpful and courteous personnel. Beautifully restored traditional building with central yard and extremely clean. Also some nice restaurants within walking distance, as well as supermarket and convenience store.

Aesthetically pleasing tranquil oasis. The traditional style high ceilinged studio opens onto a courtyard with an array of plants, a date palm, and chairs for relaxing outside. The owners pleasant and helpful.

i loved this place! i have stayed in many places over the years and this one stands out. it was so quaint, unique and unexpected. it was very quiet and far removed from the crowds as well. lucky for me, it was off season. that said, it was a little chilly all the time, especially at night. didn't help that i was fighting a cold, myself, at the time. in the right weather, i am sure it would be incredible! the owners were very kind, helpful, and very fun to talk to!

I stayed in the larger unit in this lovely condo complex for two weeks. The apartment was clean and quite spacious with a bedroom, a small kitchinette and a living room. The space was clean and meticulously maintained. The mattress on the bed was a tad uncomfortable for my liking but the owner said she should be replacing it soon (she has just purchased new mattresses for other units). The WiFi was not functioning very well which was a bit of an issue as I had to do some work while I was there; the owners said they will be looking into this as well. The area where the apartment is located - it’s a small village - is quite enough, but for some noise from an occasional car or a neighbours’dog. You will be 8-10 km away from the city center, so you will need a car to get around, as there is no public transportation available. There is a grocery store right next door which is very convenient.

EVERYTHING about Nikis House was perfect. The traditional stone and wood construction and interior decorating created a rustic and comfortable feel. A well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed and efficient air conditioning all added to the enjoyment of my stay. The outstanding courtyard was an excellent area to read or have a quit drink and meet some of the other guests

Although the local area is rather lacking in cafes and bars we can't fault Nikis House for creature comforts. We arrived late after getting lost ( thank you mapsme ) but our host waited for us and was very gracious and welcoming. We were even given a cold and welcome glass of lemonade on arrival. Parking was nearby in the local supermarket which was also very convenient for food and drinks. The rooms were very comfortable and had been lovingly restored by the owners. We had a very comfortable night's sleep thanks to the quietness of the surrounding area and the efficient air conditioning. When we left the next morning our host offered us a coffee before departure - now that is personal service.
