Niki's House is a little gem. When you open the gate you are amazed by how beautiful, welcoming and charming the place is. Beautiful furniture and decoration in the room. Great bathroom and very comfortable bed. Amazing attention to detail: flowers in the room, fresh fruit on the table, plush towels, soft cotton bathrobes, great advice about nearby shops and things to do, lounge chairs to relax in the courtyard (We were greeted with delicious lemonades). Really quiet location. Large parking nearby.

Nikis House was a wonderful, well cared for property! I was very happy with my spacious room, comfortable bed, great little kitchenette and even a table and chairs with an umbrella for shade right outside my door. the stone wall around the property with the locked gate made the place feel safe too. There were no feral cats inside the wall allowing the double doors between my room and the courtyard to be left open while I was working during the day.

Evgenia and her husband are wonderful hosts who made me and my baby boy feel right at home. Niki's House is rustic and not in the thick of things but it's peaceful and spotlessly clean.

It was lovely staying in a traditional Cypriot guest house. The host could not have been more helpful and the setting was very peaceful and relaxing. Nearby was a supermarket, bakery and a couple of restaurants, Would highly recommend Nikkis house.

Owners couldn't do more for us. After arriving later than expected in evening after a delayed flight, they were waiting for us to show us our apartment. Parking is couple minutes drive and they led the way in their car to show us where to park. Less than one minute (different route) to walk back to apartment. Fresh fruit and lemonade on our return. In morning we were offered Greek coffee as we sat outside, being made to feel very welcome and like family. Very clean and homely accommodation. Mini market minute walk away. We would definitely recommend and return ourselves.

The owners were very nice, they were available , responded to our needs . Beautiful property. Will go back if we are in Limassol!
