Darlene and Dave have a beautiful home on a wonderful lot! We only stayed one night on our way to South Carolina and really want to return and explore the area further! The room was very comfortable and quiet. We really enjoyed our walk around their grounds! Breakfast was delicious!! Thanks for the great get away!!

First, I must comment on the beautiful setting of this B&B. As to our hosts, they sat around and talked with us at breakfast, which was nice. Also, we arrived fairly late and had not had dinner. We really didn't feel like hunting for someplace to eat in this rural area, so our hostess was kind enough to make us sandwiches. The next morning, two other guests wanted to leave early, and our hostess wrapped up their breakfast for them. Plus, dogs! :-)

Lovely home. Owners are very friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed our room, had a good nights sleep and pleasant breakfast. Worth the visit.

This site is off the beaten path. Be ready for twisty roads...but that is part of the whole Blue Ridge Parkway experience. We ran around to all the nearby attractions. The orchard beside the cottage is beautiful. The cottage gave us plenty of room to be together but stretch out.

We had a wonderful stay in the cottage at Blue Ridge Manor Bed and Breakfast. Owners are very friendly and answered all our questions, suggested restaurants for dinner (enjoyed Goobers 52). Beautiful views right outside the cottage. We had three dogs and four people and the cottage had more then enough room for all of us - large living room area, large eat in kitchen and two large bedrooms and one bathroom. If you are looking for a pet friendly place to stay near Mt Airy or Pilot Mountain I would suggest Blue Ridge Manor Bed and Breakfast.

Loved being greeted by dogs, Zeus, Athena and Spot. Sitting on the covered front porch in the morning, drinking most excellent coffee, enjoying the birds, was salve for the soul. Darlene is the hostess with the mostest!

3 night stay while touring Mt. Airy, N.C. for Maybery days! Great experience, Darlene and David are great hostess/host. Their home is beautiful, comfortable and situated in a gorgeous location. Their dogs are wonderful. We're dog owners ourselves so we loved the fur babies! Darlene supplied delicious and regionally different breakfasts. We will be back!

We were greeted with a smile by Dave. He has a wealth of knowledge. I particularly enjoyed listening to the stories. I would highly recommend anyone staying here. The dogs were lovely and very friendly. They even went on a walk with us.
