no coffee maker, it is common to have a coffee maker in the room for most of the hotel, I don't understand why they do not have it. It will be nice to have a coffee maker in the room. Also no tissue , only toilet paper, interesting. Good location.
Had fun and enjoyed staying at this hotel. Could make beds, bedding, and pillows more comfortable. Everything, including me kept falling off the bed.
The room was not perfectly clean, but the employee were helping and the breakfast is good!
Very okay hotel. Good location, close to shopping and the waterfront and comfortable beds. Amenities very minimal as is decor but the price it was worth it.
Firstly by car the hotel entrance is not so easy to see. You see the building but when you drive past, cos nowhere to park, the entrance is off on side so you don't see. You have to drive right and right again to park at Q Park close to the hotel. Lift wasn’t always working so difficult with luggage. All was great at the hotel except 3 coathangers for two people and they were broken and fragile!! Didn’t have time to follow up during short stay. Everything else was good.
I have never been in a hotel that didn’t have toiletries wash rags or tissues?? I would never stay here again. Very dissatisfied and disappointed. It’s more like a 2.5 hotel.
It was a challenge to get here from the airport. Taxi cabs weren't sure where to take us! Location was ok - there was a bit of shopping within walkable distance.
Well situated with easy access to businesses in the old Des Docks next door but we did not have time to do the area justice. The room, bed and pillows were comfortable, with only two pillows. Think I could have requested more but was fine with the two. Linens were clean - I have a sensitive nose and had no issues with the linens or room at all. The bath and shower were very adequate, the design a faintly marine theme. Room card access only to elevator floors is added peace of mind. Young staff in bar and restaurant, and friendly. Food quality was so - so at dinner. However the breakfast buffet is not to be missed! Some like lots of eggs and all that, so husband was very happy! Plenty of choices for all including GF pancakes. Buffet was bountiful and creatively arranged as a "Provence" country style breakfast very beautifully. I was a caterer for many year - kudos to the staff! You can soft cook eggs if you like - and loads of breads, cheese, cold cuts, cereals, fruits etc. We had just spent a week on a cruise, and this was more eye catching. The Ibis breakfast buffet was very, very good and worth the cost. I can't add more than six photos, or I would showcase the breakfast. We would use this hotel again. And again.Just for the brekkie and coffee!
Marseille is very nice place you can feel so good there. The hotel is nice and the staff are nicer.
Great location. Quiet but right on a tram line so for 1.8e and 5 mins you are at the old port.
