Sheraton Wuxi Binhu Hotel

Good

Staff are really nice and go out of their way to listen but there are too many issues with the hotel: cigarette but, hairs and a used plastic toothpick in the elevator was one of the first things we saw. I respect that they recycle slippers but ours were threadbare and had some on else’s hair in them. Air conditioning in the room just didn’t work. The room was completely stifling and it actually felt hard to breathe at times. The Executive Lounge is run by people who don’t understand Marriott standards when it comes to providing stocked up drinks and glasses and there are no non Chinese food options and no Executive Lounge at breakfast. Finally, this is not the hotel’s fault but guests were smoking inside the property including at breakfast. The staff asked them to stop and looked after us extremely well but there is just too much wrong for me to be able to recommend this property as a Bonvoy Titanium Elite member. I want to stress again how nice we found the staff’s attitude.

Beautiful foyer and modern deco. Staffs were lovely and helpful. Room service was excellent and prompt.

We will definitely consider coming back in the future
