Sheraton Wuxi Binhu Hotel

Hotel already quite old but in good location. Suites are nice and big. Main negative point is the service and the lounge. Food not marriott standard, service unacceptable unfriendly. If you look for a good marriott hotel do not use this hotel.

This Sheraton is close to metro station. Has the standard amenities you expect from Sheraton. The pool water temperature was perfect and sauna on site was just an added bonus. Front desk staff was friendly to Bonvoy member.

Breakfast was terrible again- I have tried breakfast several times now and each time the selections are COLD. It does not matter what time you arrive 7,8,9 am American situation. Service inside breakfast marginal at best. My photo each item COLD. Otherwise hotel, room, check in/out, location all good.

Stayed here for two weeks during my visit to Wuxi. The first thing you will see on entering the hotel is the grand foyer with enormous chandelier that will leave you wondering how it is possible. The overall comfort and service at the hotel is decent. Communication is a little difficult but they will do their best to help you. There is also a mall conveniently located just outside the hotel.

This hotel is my choice of stay whenever I come to Wuxi. I like the comfort of the room, good breakfast spread, and friendly staff. Good value for the price I pay.

I’ve been coming here for a couple years now. I am a titanium elite member. Only until recently did they acknowledge my Marriott status. After finally getting access to the lounge on the 26th floor I was disappointed. I like to relax and get some work done after hours with a drink or two yet they do a terrible job of keeping their beverages stocked. Very few beer options, liquor bottles were mostly empty but with no beverages to mix with. I did finally get a non-smoking room on the top floor which didn’t smell. The smoking rooms do very much smell like an ash tray. As many other reviews have stated, the HVAC doesn’t seem to work. I have yet to be in a room that keeps the room at a comfortable temperature. “Open the windows they say”, um...no. This is Wuxi, I’d rather keep the smog outside. Most of the employees are friendly and helpful. I can’t say all but most. I think the breakfast and restaurant on the first floor is good. They have an Indian cook who cooks well. I have not had a meal that I didn’t like. I only had buffet for breakfast. The hotel is about a 15 minute taxi from the railway station and about 25rmb. Nice location next to the mall & metro station. It’s not downtown but close enough. I continue to stay here because it is the closest Marriott to work. If they could fix the hvac and do a better job in the executive lounge I’d be a happy camper.

My stay was comfortable and beat due to location and easy to subway and RR station. Also optional shopping and near by coffee.

It's a first class place to stay in Wuxi!

The hotel is close to the metro station. Easy to arrive. The exhaust fan didn't work, need to call the staff the fix it.
