The hotel is clean and nice. Very near a mall that has a great food court on third level. So there was plenty to chose from Location of hotel was perfect for us Our whole crew stayed there very nice

Beautiful, clean hotel, situated across the road from Wanda Plaza shopping centre and adjacent to a taxi rank. Visited the hotel for a wedding and stayed overnight before transferring back to Shanghai. The hotel staff happily purchased bullet train tickets for us and informed us of the trains we would need to take to reach Pudong airport, informing us that the tickets could be collected at 1700. When we went out for a walk at 1500, the concierge followed us outside to personally give us the tickets, it was quick and efficient service. Although not every employee speaks fluent english, they speak enough to get by, and try to assist you the best they can. There are employees that are fluent that can assist as well. Shout out to Jackie Wang the bell boy who delivered our bags so that we could immediately attend the wedding, fantastic service.

Location is very convenient as it is next to Wanda mall. Rooms are comfortable and food is good.

Very convenient location we arrived by metro (subway number 2) and walked to the hotel in two minutes. Front desk professional staff were excellent, especially Ms. Olivia Xu anticipated our needs and provided very value locate travel recommendations.

Great hotel, over my expectations, clean and silent. Confortable bed with clean linies, internet in the room is excellent, I used to connect every night with my company in Brazil and it worked properly everytime. Very good and clean bathroom with a rain shower and also a bathtube. Despite the dinner and breakfest a bit expensive it is not a problem once there are many other cheaper options in a few steps from there if you have limited budget. Great location, just cross the street to find the Wanda Plaza, a quite good mall and supermaket where you can find evething you need. Metro station is just at the front door and it can drives you directly to the donwtown in 10 minuts. Staff are friendly and kind, they don't measure efforts to attend your necessities always with a smile in their faces. Special and huge thanks to Sergio (food and beverage) and Lily (guest services) for their awesome support and kindness anytime I needed who made my days easier in China. Great stay. Restaurant breakfast was great. And our shadow Lilly P was a great help with things in the hotel Looking forward to my return Lots of shopping and people watching nearby. Across the street from a large mall with many food options. The beds are very comfortable

The staff is exceptional. The rooms are spacious, a little dated though. The upstairs lounge is awesome. The staff there really takes care of you. The food after a week or so gets old. Not very many options. Luisa and her staff are great. The downstairs lounge is very comfortable. Sometimes a tad smoky from the smoking bar next door. We made friends with the staff there. Cassie and LiYa were a blast. Very energetic and always taking care of you.
