Sheraton Wuxi Binhu Hotel

Very friendly people stays there for supporting anytime. Rooms in good stand and very clean, I would recommend this hotel for anybody who travels to Wi-Fi. Also, thanks to Lili for her great attention.

Hotel is nicely locate at Downtown, nice shopping center across the street within walking diatance. Hotel staff is extremely helpful. Expect to order an omelette, forget about it and the Chef will find you and bring it to you with pleasure. Or juggle between your carry-on, backpack and your to go coffee and you will find Miss Lilly offering her help. An extra hand to hold your cup of coffee. Little things that makes a difference. Will for sure come back in the future.

Sheraton Wuxi, China is a great hotel, which made me feel welcome to the local and convenient to the nearby shopping mall in a 3-min walk. The front desk was friendly and kind, my king size bedroom was clean and comfortable, the gym was decent with weights, the indoor pool with 25-m lap was adequate for me to swim laps in the morning, and the dish selection at cafeteria was plenty from western and eastern styles. I’ll definitely stay there again next time when I travel to Wuxi city.

Very comfortable room with nice space and comfortable bed.

we changed from 1 king bed to 2 beds without any issues and upgraded for free. The hotel stuff are very helpful taking care of our luggage and calling taxi. Great experience, nice hotel. Thank you

Good hotel with nice amenities, good choices of restaurants within the hotel, food quality could be a bit better, but overall a good experience.

Pleasant and courteous staff at front desk and restaurants. Good speed at check in and checkout. We will use the this hotel more often as it is convenient to our location.

in our shower room there was a broken tile that was quite dangerous if you would step it on with bare foot. anyway after informed hotel management they immediately offered us another room
