Great customer service. Rooms were decent size and clean. Definitely a villa for families or older couples.

Older hotel, good size room, shower over bath didn’t drain well, water went everywhere & getting out of the bath was potentially treacherous! Rooms are showing wear & tear, breakfast was limited but plentiful. Restaurant food was very good.

Price quoted on the internet, on which we made our decision to stay' was considerably higher than what we had to pay at the hotel. It was book now and pay at the location when arriving. When questioned about the difference they said it was due to the exchang rate. Checking rates when we booked to when we arrived I could not justify this increase in charges. Expedia was of no help to resolve this issue when they were the booking agent. Told us to deal with the Hotel. Still looking into this.

Shower drain clogged, they sent someone to fix it,, but it was left the same. Bad smell coming from the drain near the toilet. Beds are really hard and uncomfortable.

The location of the hotel is excellent. Great value for money.

Hotel very traditional Thai, but rooms a bit tired and electrics a rule unto themselves! As access to rooms are open walkways and therefore security was an issue for me as anyone could enter hotel. Staff friendly and hotel food and drink keenly priced and excellent. Tip!!! Take plenty mozi repellent.

The layout is beautiful with spacious rooms and nightly music performances. The location is perfect and made the city feel very walkable
