El trabajo y la dedicación de la señora Isaida González, camarera del hotel..En verdad le interesa dar su mejor servicio y atención. Dejo siempre la habitación en perfectas condiciones de aseo, se mostró amable y com excelente actitud de servicio.

Las habitaciones son viejas; no cuentan con televisión inteligente, tienen muchas deficiencias de las instalaciones. Durante mis 20 días de estadía hubo demasiado ruido no controlado por nadie; recibieron huéspedes que no respetaron las instalaciones, las demás habitaciones y el personal del hotel no hizo nada para remediar o controlar los horarios de ruido excesivo. Dos de los funcionarios de la recepción con excelente atención al cliente, los demás mucho que decir pero todo negativo. Hubo dos días de taponamiento de tuberias, olores horribles y poca atención y solución. Se solicita respuesta de la gerencia del hotel a través de la recepción y jamás dió respuesta.

La ubicación,tiene un Centro comercial cerca y para el recojo del tour nos quedó super bien. El desayuno es sencillo pero tienes opción de agregar más cosas (huevos revueltos o fritos,panqueques,etc)

Estaría bien si cambiaran el tv por uno más moderno. Del resto todo bien desde el baño hasta la habitación entera.
