En principio nos enviaron a otro hotel Black Usauen que no es el reservado, que segun era 4 estrellas el el desayuno una decepción no esta bien indicar que incluyen desayuno.

"No, me vuelvo a quedar allá , me sentí engañada con el desayuno, sin wifi en las habitaciones"

Buena ubicacion, personal amable

Desayuno desastroso , publicidad engañosa , dicen que va el desayuno incluido y lo basico que debe contener un desayuno como son los huevos los cobran por aparte , y eso no lo dicen desde un principio, en el tercer piso , los 5 dias que estuve el wifi no llegaba, asi que no te puedes conectar ni al wifi.
