Close to many amenities, MTR Guomou, quiet location but close to transportation amenities. Clean and bright room. Money's worth. Recommend to stay!

no one spoke English but everyone was reasonably friendly

Hotel for Chinese standard and the price we paid was fantastic. Few facts which are norm for China: Very Few English speaking staff, mattress are very firm. But do not punish this hotel for that, all the hotels are like that. Location is fantastic, staff helpful, offered us umbrella when it was raining heavy.

Terrible with gps goggle map at shenzhen then dificult to find this hotel with map, most of people didnt know this hotel

We called hotel for direction but was not able to get any help as the receptionist was unsure herself. Next, imagine the hotel room without tooth brushes, shower cap, drinking water, etc.

Hotel is worth the price.Front desk clerks speak English and are super nice which is an outstanding characteristics of chinese people.Few things that I didn't like are: 1.they should mention 200rmb deposit at the time of checkin on their website.2.They charge 15rmb for water bottles and 15 rmb for toilet soap, which they should not.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel

It was a little hard to find at first. Once you know the direction of Mixc shopping Centre it was easy. Remember you got to cross under the railway track on the way there.
