Tradewinds Motel

We had a excellent view of the beach.

The room was warm and clean with nice refrigerator and coffee maker and a comfortable bed and big screen TV. The ocean view rooms were all booked but the mountain view rooms cost less. We were on a couple of the closer beaches during the day and watched the sun set from the picnic tables out front next to the ocean. The manager was extra helpful answering our questions about local sites and best restaurants for food. The Tradewinds Motel in Rockaway Beach will be our first-choice next visit to the beach.

Wish we could have stayed longer.

It was perfect for what we needed. We were just there over night and it was perfect for that.

Clean room for a one-night stay on our trip down the coast.

We had a great stay here. I chose this lodging because they had very high marks in the reviews. I will say that all positive comments were valid. We were treated in a friendly manner. My wife was not feeling well so he accommodated us by giving us a room on the first level. There are stairs required for both the ground and second floor. There were only 7 stairs to the ground floor and they were very well maintained. I recommend paying the extra fee for a room on the ocean side. Amazing ocean view while the room had good sound proofing for sleeping.

It was all good. We would stay here again.
