The devasom huahin resort is good facilities, good moments, good vibes and good tastes, good price, lovely hotel and lovely staff. Excellent location, rooms immaculate and especially liked the charging ports. his other staff were excellent service, great customer care

This was my second visit to this hotel and it will not be the last, I travelled with 6 other people and to say we did not want to leave was an understatement. This please really is a little slice of heaven. We all stayed in the partial Seaview rooms, they were spacious spotless and very comfortable, every detail had been thought of. The staff were just brilliant, very accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was excellent, the choice was great and everything was very fresh as was the food in the restaurant. All in all a brilliant stay and i cannot recommend this place highly enough.

The location and ambience at this small niche hotel was excellent. Pool Area: Pool towels were difficult to locate initially, and the sun lounges could benefit from updated or thicker mattresses for added comfort. A handrail would also be helpful, as the pool entrance was quite slippery. Additionally, poolside service would be a welcome addition, not only for convenience but also as an opportunity to increase revenue. Room & Amenities: The room provided everything I required for a comfortable stay. The bed was comfortable and the linen was exceptionally soft to the touch. The air conditioner, perhaps due to its size was a little noisy however it was something I did not notice over time. The outside deck with the day bed and rocking chairs was a lovely added touch albeit not private due to the neighbouring villa. The mini bar selection was limited, and it would be great to see some healthier options, such as fresh fruit. More coffee pods and fresh milk in the room would be appreciated. A comfortable chair for watching TV would also enhance the in-room experience. Dining Experience: Breakfast was enjoyable, though adding baked beans and roasted tomatoes could further enhance the offering. Peanut butter or another savoury spread would also be a nice addition. Service during dinner felt somewhat rushed—after finishing entrées, plates were cleared without any offer of a menu or additional drinks. Pre dinner crackers were provided only once at dinner, which seemed inconsistent. Service was hit and miss; on some occasions they were incredibly attentive whilst on other occasions you had to look for staff. General Improvements: A notice in the room with shuttle times and activity schedules would be helpful. Having more regular shuttle runs would be beneficial so that you don't have to wait in town for 4 hours to return back to the hotel. The Breville coffee machine in the dining area was not switched on and ready which was disappointing as this machine can make a better coffee than the other automatic machines at breakfast and does require at least 30 minuts to warm up. I am also not convinced staff know how to use the Breville machine and may require further training. Bench space in the bathroom was limited, making it difficult to place personal items. Some additional waterproof covers for the daybed would be beneficial as when it rains the mattress get saturated and it takes time to dry. Salt and pepper should be checked when laying tables to ensure they are adequately stocked. Despite these minor issues, I appreciated the excellent quality of the linens and the complimentary cocktail, which was a nice touch. Providing an option for a fresh baguette or sandwich at lunch could be a thoughtful addition, considering bread is already served. I was very grateful for the gift on my departure and to the reception staff who were very friendly and helpful. With a few refinements, this hotel could provide an even more exceptional guest experience.
