Novela Muine Resort & Spa

This resort was well presented and the rooms were spacious. The breakfast was plentiful but they are a little reluctant to fill up getting close to 10am. Coffee only average but a good variety of food. Personally I don’t think it matters which part of MuiNe you stay, as there really isn’t much close by. You can use the free red buses to go to Phan Thiet (town). I’ve been to many parts of Vietnam but found the long trip here not really with it

Hotel was okay.. Food was okay too.. I love the beach side. It was nice to relax and get tanned... And in the week end there's a live music I appreciate their repoir they can sing any kind of songs...

We just came here for the breakfast buffet (120k per person) which was great, but I wish the staff was more open-minded towards water refills. A member of staff reluctantly refilled my bottle for a much too high price and she seemed very annoyed and wanted to sell me a plastic bottle instead. Come on guys, look at your beach, it's full of trash. Why not offer your guests water refills?

The beds were rock hard , mosquitos in every room , couldn’t charge our phones because of the wall sockets the charger just fell out , we had next to none hot water , we asked if they had softer beds and they took us to see and let us change rooms but was still pretty hard , breakfast was okay , pool was nice definitely won’t be coming back , to expensive for what you get , very disappointed

We went here as they advertised a buffet from 6:30 to 10 and we were staying nearby. It looked like a great selection when we arrive but we had failed to notice that all the food was cold. You could get Pho and omelet cooked to order which was good, but the other dishes, like fried rice, bacon and sausages were all cold. The fresh coconut juice container was empty and the mulberry juice was not replenished. We were disappointed and ate elsewhere each morning.

Бронировали номер с балконом. Заселили сначала в маленький номер без балкона. После разговора с ресепшеном, оказалось, что забронированного нами номера нет в наличии. В итоге дали на категорию выше, чем мы бронировались, без доплат, с балконом. Остался осадок, ведь можно было сразу дать нормальней номер, а не пытаться заселить нас в коморку. Пляжные полотенца все в пятнах. Все остальное было хорошо

It's a nice hotel with private access to the beach, pool and buffet breakfast. However, the room wasn't clean as the lounge chair in my room has a urine smell. Also, there was a lot of mosquito!! I got 4 mosquito bites overnight. This isn't something I'd expect to see at a 4-star resort. Unless you carry a great insect repellent with you; otherwise, I'd recommend another resort. It isn't worth the price.

Hotel has an infrastructure which could make this a solid 4 star hotel, unfortunately there are a number of issues leaving this hotel slightly lacking. Staff speak very little English, are not welcoming or overly helpful. On arrival we was left to struggle up the entrance stairs with our cases and was not escorted to our rooms but left to wander on our own. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast had sufficient choice but not particularly to a western palette. All juices, milk and salad served at room temperature, which could be in the serving dish for up to 3 hours. Pool area and beach has plenty of sun beds, sun shades and tables. Area is not cleared of empty bottles and drinking cartons throughout the day. Restaurant/ bar serves food and drink all day. Prices are competitive, service is slow. Ordering was problematic because of langauge barrier. Cats wandering about. During one evening meal we had a persistent cat pester us, trying to get on the table to eat from our plates. The staff did not help to remove the cat. Room service order was late both days we used it. Parts of beach has a lot of debris. Some days the sea tide is in all day and the beach is inaccessible. WiFi was awful, very limited access. Clientele is 85% Russian package holiday makers, 10% Asian holidays makers and the remainder are Westerners. Lots of restaurants and shops directly outside the hotel.
