밖에서 봤을때와 로비의 첫인상은 전체적으로 조금 오래된 느낌이 들었지만 실제로 방에 들어가보니 고풍스러운 인테리어 느낌을 잘 살려서 관리하고 있다는 생각이 들었다. 디럭스 스위트(시내방향)에 묵었는데 방이 굉장히 넓고 쾌적했으며 시내 방향이라도 5층이어서 많이 시끄럽지는 않았다. (그렇지만 바다 뷰 쪽이 더 좋아보이긴했다.) 화장실이 굉장히 넓고 욕조, 샤워부스도 따로 마련되있어 좋았으며, 발코니에 작은 건조대와 의자 테이블 등이 구비되어 있어 수영 후 수영복을 말리기도 편했다. 수영장에서 사용할 비치타월도 방안에 구비되어 있고 비치타월을 들고다니는 가방도 있었다. 여러모로 디테일하게 신경을 쓴 호텔같았다. 조식도 여러종류가 갖춰져있어서 나름 만족스러웠고 수영장은 생각보다 작았지만 사용자가 별로없어 여유롭게 시간을 보내며 수영하기에 좋았다. 위치, 객실상테, 부대시설 등을 통틀어 아주 만족스러웠다. 다만 수영장에서 시간을 오래 보내실 분들이라면 수영장 규모에 실망을 할수도 있으니 참고하길 바란다.

We checked in pretty late and the process was pretty slow. Quite don’t understand why they need us to show confirmation when they held their confirmation copy in their folder. Breakfast we so so but a bit disappointed with the bread that I thought it should be better. The worst situation came when we checked out as they claimed that one mineral water bottle and one pair of slipper missing. I only saw one bottle in the fridge. I didn’t even have any idea about slippers. We spent sometime explaining that we didn’t take anything before they let us go. Understand that they were doing their work, but don’t understand why this stupid missing items were so big issue.

The hotel looks good, has a nice pool which we decided to use. After paying our daily rate we were deceived by the adding extra money for towels. I politely said that in this case we don't want to stay there but will use the pool next door instead where the towels are included. The service was very unfriendly and they did not want to return the money we paid 5 minutes earlier. We argued and finally the threat of the police helped. I do not recommend this place.

Staff were ok, we had no bad experiences. Good information about the best time for beeing at the hotel own beach because of the tides. Good breakfast with a choice of international and local food. Recommended if you like to have a relaxing time. Maybe the restaurant service at the evening is a little bit slowly.

Length of stay: 2 night Location: right next to the sea. Several restaurants close to the hotel. The hotel is located on a very long strip with hundreds of hotels and resorts, so enough to discover if you're up for a walk. The white sand dunes are a 40 min drive from the hotel. The red sand dunes are very close (about 8km?). It's worth getting up early to see the sunrise at the white sand dunes (and enjoying a somewhat more quiet setting). Staff: very friendly. Not everyone's English is good, but throughout our stay in Vietnam we noticed this was the case in pretty much every hotel. We were assisted quickly and well for our tour to the sand dunes. Room: very spacious and clean rooms. Nicely decorated. The tap in the bathroom did not have any warm water. Luckily the shower did. The beds are very comfortable and we had a perfect night rest. We turned the a/c off during night because we thought that, even with the silent mode turned on, it was quite noisy. Breakfast: good. Enough options. Even though we thought that a 4 star hotel should provide more options. I nearly gave this hotel a 1/5 because during our first breakfast I accidentally broke a cup and a few minutes later they gave be a bill and (not so friendly) asked me to sign it. I friendly told this staff member I would not sign in any circumstance. For that money I would have happily broken 10 more. After I asked for his supervisor/manager, the dispute was quickly resolved as the supervisor signed the bill for me. Anyhow, the fact they even tried to hand me a bill for something like this, left me somewhat with a bitter taste of this hotel. WiFi: speeds were okay. At some times very quick, and some times not working at all. Swimming pool: nice place to relax and enjoy the sun (if it's not raining during the rainy season...). However, probably not enough sunbeds if the hotel is fully booked.

Stayed for 2 nights. Good location with café, convenience stores, shopping and eating along the road. Swimming pool, Jacuzzi and beach for those who wants to get wet. City view room is spacious; sea view room is smaller. Huge varieties of appetizers, main course, drinks, fruits and cakes for breakfast. Live music when night falls, and a massage makes the stay complete.

I like this place, we were here in 2012, and we are here now. Everything is good: swimingpool, breakfast, seeview, location. There are many good places near by hotel: joe's bar with music,craft beer, open to 12pm; spa botanica; boke.

Love the view, kudos to the chefs that made breakfast an enjoyable one. I love the pho made. It's a rare thing for me to review about food but Novela's Pho is going to be a highlight soon

이 호텔에 와서 돈을 분실당했다. 화근은 세탁실 직원....수영즐기는 사이 어제 맡긴 세탁물을 방으로 배달하면서 물품들을 다 뒤진다음... 지갑속 돈도 절반정도만 훔쳐간다. 금고는 고장난 상태..... Cctv 있으면 뭐하냐...? 외부인 침입없슴 직원은 세탁물배달만 했을뿐.... 직접 돈훔친 물증이 없으니..... ㅡ절대 세탁실 이용하지마라ㅡ 이것만 빼면 아주 좋은 호텔이다.
