Had a very quiet and relaxing vacation. Everything was perfect, no problems at all! All staff were most welcoming, friendly and professional, they couldn’t have done any more for me! I would gladly recommend this hotel to all and hope to return in the not too distant future.

This hotel is okay, seemed kind of outdated and they chose dark wood trim for everything, which gives it a very dark and dingy appearance. The buffet food is terrible and for me this was by far the worst part of my stay here. there are two other restaurants in the hotel that are not buffets, and these are much better at least. If you visit the spa you will be instantly reminded that you are in Egypt, the prices are greatly inflated (they have a normal 90 minute hammam and massage listed for $200 USD) and you have to bargain to try and even get an acceptable price. The staff in the hotel and the restaurants is quite attentive, which was nice, but again you are reminded about being in Egypt, because everyone is just looking for tips constantly. The hotel transport is very expensive for what it is, and you need to pay in cash unfortunately. Also, our driver on the way there was driving at least 3 times the speed limit (we are used to this living in the middle east, but this was another level) and was trying to get another car to pull over so he could get into a fight with the driver while we were in the car.

My stay was a delight, everything and every aspect was just perfect

We stayed at this hotel for 10 nights for our anniversary (all inclusive , sea view room) To start with the reception staff who were very poor and helpless, Not very pleasant to deal with and always felt like they was not willing to help (manager had to get involved couple of times to help) The breakfast is good and fair selection likewise evening dinner good selection with fresh BBQ outside (only downfall I would say is it can get repetitive as same food everyday also to mention there is a lot of seafood options so if you don’t like seafood be aware!) The room itself had a pleasant balcony with a really good view, the bed was extremely comfortable and overall nice and clean. Bathroom could do with an update as slightly dated. The hotel has 2 pools, both which are excellent and the pool bar staff are very nice and welcoming. Pool bar also do food which was the best food at the hotel to be honest. Location wise, more or less everything is in good distance by taxi. If you are looking for a chilled out beach resort with hardly any children running around and some peace and chilled time then I would recommend Stella di mare. The outside area of the hotel is lovely right on the sea front and excellent for some downtime.

A great hotel in all respects: food; drink; staff and facilities

The staff was marvelous, sweet and kind offering options all the time going above and beyond either for room, service housekeeping, and the top of all are the dining serving people The hotel is great, clean quite very accessible. Very easy to go to everywhere through the elevator no traveling time located in a very beautiful area. I can say I felt home sweet home and very much pampered from the staff. Congratulations Stella. You are the best.

This was the perfect resort to spend your vacation. The snorkeling was out of this world. We went on a boat trip to snorkel at all the hot spots but our hotels coral and sea life was better than everywhere we went. The food and drinks were great, service was great, theres not much to complain about at all. We didnt get a room upgrade with the vip benefits, so that was a bit disappointing. Also the taxi service raised their prices in one day after qouting is a price that morning, by the evening the price increased $6 and they wouldn't honor the price they told us earlier that same day. That was irritating. But genuinely its a lovely place and we would go back in a heart beat!
