Great hotel, i can give 9 from 10 Food/ clean/ hospitality/ view to the sea/ perfect area all 10/10 Colours of furniture should be change!! Dark brown not nce anymore its old fashion, they should build water park but small one 5/6 slides, and for small also. High recommended from me.

We booked a suite which city specifically mentioned five guests. When the fourth guest came they refused to let him in and they made us book another room first they made an excuse that what we booked was not a suite even though it was extremely obvious and we were already in it and the reservation said so. Anyway being very late at night and being given no option whatsoever and being treated so rudely and with hostility I have never experienced in Egypt before we ended up relenting just because it was so late at night. When we mentioned our displeasure and the fact that we will take it up to Expedia they made us wait for almost 1 hour to just give us the paperwork back to let us into the second room even though it was very evident they were just stretching time out for no reason other than spite . I would be very careful when dealing with them

We were handled by Mahmoud and Salah who were warm and welcoming and understood our situation. Our stay was amazing. I would highly recommend this 5star resort and Sharm El Shiek for youe stay in Egypt.

Terrible transportation; the hotel holds you as a hostage by not allowing taxis to pick you up and force you to use their limo service at 10 times the price of a taxi.
