Stella Di Mare Beach Hotel & Spa

We checked in smoothly with a lovely upgrade to room 603 which was just perfect with a gorgeous view. This was my 2nd visit to this hotel and can’t wait to book again for next year.. The restaurant quality was out of this world and had different themes every night. The pastry dessert chef deserves recognition there was so much choice and there Egyptian sweets were so delicious. We visited both Ala carte restaurants which were lovely too with the Asian being my favourite. There were 2 main pools one for families and one for adults which we preferred being a couple for the peaceful surroundings and being looked after by all the staff. The only point I would make which is very small is the entertainment and animation it wasn’t 5* material and was all finished at 10pm with the outside bar closing as well which I thought was strange as most hotels are midnight so if like us you like to go down for dinner at 8pm when you’ve finished the entertainment is nearly done You do have an option of going into the inside pub or lobby but I think most people would like to sit outside for longer.. other than that we had a lovely holiday and look forward to coming back. Stella Di Mare Hotel – A Wonderful Stay! I recently stayed at Stella Di Mare Hotel and had an absolutely fantastic experience. One of the highlights of my trip was the opportunity to snorkel right from the hotel — the vibrant sea life was incredible and made the experience truly unforgettable. The breakfast each morning was delicious, with a great variety of fresh options to choose from. I also have to mention the exceptional customer service — every staff member I interacted with was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was enjoyable. What really made my visit extra special was the thoughtful surprise on my birthday. The hotel staff brought a birthday cake to my room, and it was such a lovely and unexpected gesture that made me feel truly appreciated. Overall, Stella Di Mare exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway.

To be clear, this is a nice hotel with good facilities and an attentive staff. But their draconian checkout procedures almost caused us to miss a flight that would have had catastrophic (expensive) after-effects. Running late for a very early morning flight, and after checking out and sitting in the taxi, we were surprised that he wouldn’t leave. The reason? He was awaiting the reception to tell him they had checked the rooms before he could leave the hotel! I know that Egypt is a different animal, but I’ve never encountered anything like this before. They knew we had a tight timeline and they could have sent someone to our rooms well before we boarded the taxi - but they didn’t. We are a family group of all adults and no kids. Not party types (it’s not that kind of hotel) so I’m not sure what the “room check” was supposed to be for. Net result was we made our flights and bags made it to Cairo and Larnaca, but I won’t stay there again.

All staff were excellent, good food and drink. Only down side was it's a long walk to the beach. Looking forward to our return

An excellent hotel resort. The facilities were good and the staff were friendly and helpful. The quality and variety of food were good. However, the location is a bit far from shopping area.

Hotel was clean and room was lovely , the windows didn’t have full curtains so the bright morning would wake you early ,
