Stella Di Mare Beach Hotel & Spa

Nicely kept hotel. Lovely grounds and beach front location. Staff very helpful and friendly. Good hotel facilities and nightly entertainment was good. The staff actually made available the conference room for us to watch football on their big screen. Nothing seemed too much to ask for. Food was amazing. All inclusive was the best option. The hotel is fairly dated and could use with some modernization for example there was a shortage of mains power sockets and what were available were of mixed type. Also there is a tendency to be approached frequently while on the hotel grounds (by the pool or beach etc) by reps trying to sell their services such as spa treatment or trips which does become a bit annoying as the selling tactics in Egypt are a bit on the "enthusiastic" side. We did succumb to one of the reps who sold us a scuba diving trip and we were very glad we did do it as the experience was fantastic. All in all we would definitely book to stay in this hotel again.

Language barrier is a problem and making the birthday arrangement for cake on down low was not easily planned. Misunderstanding plus wanted to charge higher price… found out they provide cakes for free and they make many desserts at the restaurant. Finally it worked out… unnecessary fuss could have been avoided. Great peaceful location.

The surroundings of the property is great but the rooms needs updating and more cleaning

My third time at Stella. Excellent stuff, territory, food. Rooms are a little bit old but good equipped. I like Stella and appreciate it’s stuff for excellent vacation. Recommend.

Property was very safe all around! The resort grounds are beautifully kept and very clean. Hotel reception was friendly and welcoming. Waitstaff at the two a la cart restaurants were very attentive and nice. I can’t say the same about the staff working the food and beverage station at the beach. Each day we went for lunch, we felt like we were bothering them and had to wait for a long time for anyone to acknowledge us even though we were leaving $2-3 each time. At one point they told my kids they weren’t serving lunch in the middle of the day which really put a bad taste in my mouth. Also several times I’ve ordered a drink from the pool staff and never received it. Towel guys were amazing!!! Entertainment girls at the beach were cute but a bit too pushy to join activities! Spa staff was friendly, exceptional at giving massage and friendly all around!
