Very clean and safe the staff is very friendly I highly recommend

Excellent room thanks to expedia vip access. However i felt that a two tier system operated at the hotel. Half board was not treated nicely. Was told you will have to pay for tgat drink on several occasions. Staff dont ask if you want anything like they do for all inclusive. On checking out i was asked to wait until the room was checked before i could get into my taxi!!! Never had that in my life. Glad to say that i passed the room inspection. 😆

The sea view is absolutely stunning, the service is excellent. The food is varied and very tasty. The specialty restaurants are excellent. I really don't have anything to complain about and i have traveled quite a bit. Excellent choice of hotel. We were there over Christmas and they went above and beyond to make Christmas special. We are going back home with wonderful memories

Superb service, would definitely stay here again and recommend to others. Visited the place with my father, and super impressed with the quality of the service from concierge to the cleaners, from reception staff to restaurant managers and waiters. Names we remember: Bishoy Nandy, Mahmoud El Hoseny, Hany George, Ahmed to name just a few. Chefs, waiting staff just really welcoming too. Waleed in the perfume shop also wonderful to chat with. Place was very clean, very safe, and super comfortable. We stayed in the family room, consisting of two rooms (king bed, and another with sofas and double bed) and a bathroom. Lovely view, spacious room, with everything we needed. We had specific dietary requirements, and restaurants tried their utmost to cater to this. Lots of food choices at breakfast, lunch and dinner, Some repetition but that’s bound to happen at a buffet place when stay for several days. Only change I’d request is to have more vegetarian food, maybe in a separate section to avoid cross-contamination of serving spoons, but at least labelling of food that is vegetarian or vegan appropriately. (The restaurant did label gluten free foods as such), We especially enjoyed the custom made pizzas, Arabic sweets and cakes, and the huge variety of breads made within the hotel. Already thinking about when we will go again with more family and friends! Thank you to everyone at Stella di Mare for making the stay so wonderful.

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument exceptionnel dans cet hôtel! Le point fort incontestable est le récif corallien juste devant l’hôtel, un véritable paradis pour les amateurs de plongée et de snorkeling. Chaque plongée était un spectacle époustouflant de vie marine, unique en son genre. Nous étions les seuls Canadiens, mais nous nous sommes sentis accueillis comme des rois! Le personnel est d’une gentillesse et d’un professionnalisme exemplaires. Chaque membre de l’équipe veille à ce que votre séjour soit parfait, avec une attention aux détails incroyable. La propreté est irréprochable dans tout l’hôtel, des chambres aux espaces communs. La piscine, chauffée à une température parfaite, est un lieu idéal pour se détendre après une journée d’exploration. Côté gastronomie, c’était tout simplement un festin! Chaque repas était un délice avec des plats variés et savoureux, mettant en valeur la richesse culinaire locale et internationale. Le spa de l’hôtel est également à couper le souffle. Tout y est conçu pour vous offrir une expérience de luxe : massages, soins, hammam… tout ce que vous pouvez rêver pour vous détendre et vous ressourcer. En résumé, cet hôtel offre une expérience cinq étoiles digne des plus grandes destinations. Entre le récif corallien magnifique, la qualité exceptionnelle des services, et une ambiance festive et chaleureuse, nous sommes repartis avec des souvenirs inoubliables. Nous y retournerons!

As a solo traveller who was working away from home I had a very wonderful experience. I had been ill in hospital 3 weeks before and my stay at Stella di Mare was everything I needed and more. Staff were always happy to help and they were very kind and attentive to make sure that I felt welcomed. My room and the facilities were all excellent. The food!!! WOW!!! Beautiful and plentiful spread every morning, noon and night. I was glad that I chose all inclusive. I will certainly be returning here to work from the sun, time and time again!
