The hotel is in a terrific location, close to shops and restaurants and not far from the Archeological Zone and the beach. The place has a well-tended, beautiful courtyard, which is lush with tropical plants and fish, and is very tranquil.

Very special place. Lots of love went into this and you can feel that. Really friendly owner, managing the place. Clean rooms that feel really cozy. Totally recommend this place. There will be some city noise, but that's what you get if you stay right in the centro. It didn't bother us at all. Great location!

Style, hôte, emplacement

Malgré la réactivité de l’hôte face au problème la douche était vraiment très salés (beaucoup de poils, cheveux) et il y a avait des poils dans notre lit. C’est dommage parce que l’établissement est sympa. Le déjeuner compris correspond à deux tranches de pain, un petit beurre, une petite confiture à consommer en mode pic nic dans la chambre, ce n’est pas ce à quoi je m’attendais.

It was a charmingly decorated informal place with a large comfortable bed in a large room. A very good breakfast was available in the attached restaurant.

Nothing much to dislike. It was a bit noisy, but that's the general area where the hotel is located.

Our apartment was beautiful! The bed was very comfortable. My only wish is that we stayed longer! Guillermo & Flora were amazing, they helped up with so many things. The hotel is like being in a wonderful, its gorgeous.

The hotel is very cute and colourful, well located in Tulum town. The person running the place day to day was very friendly and helpful, sorting out some initial issues (air conditioning) to our satisfaction.

The air conditioning in the room we were allocated did not work, but this was quickly sorted out as we were upgraded to a different and better room for the rest of our stay (and the initial room we were allocated had the air conditioning fixed the next day)
