I booked 3 nights coming from out of town but only stayed one night due to horrific conditions. Did not receive any discount or refund even though 2 nights were not used . Please avoid this place

Nothing about this place is okay

The entire summer they changed people full price rooms and had no hot water and seriously didn't factor that into the crappy price they already charge and where is the pool they claim to have

Slippery walkway. Unplowed drive. Piles of snow to walk through to get to the room. Poor drainage of tub and sinks. Not enough towels for two women in a room. Room was clean.
