"It’s was so close to everything"

I attended a business meeting close buy then travelled to a client home in Springfield OH.

It was a perfect location and staff was awesome. I was new out of surgery and my room was close to the office and short walking distance if I needed anything. My only suggestion is electrical outlets or power strips closer to the bed with USB ports for charging phones and watches. Advise no hair dryer available and bring your own shampoo, conditioner & lotion.

Called ahead due to arriving late. Was told that there was no hot water due to boiler issue. Cancelled room reservation due to water issue. Please make sure my credit card is credited due to cancellation. Night clerk advised would not be an issue. Please confirm.

"Horrible, ridiculous & didn't they care"

They literally gave us a room I had to clean myself bc it was not at all even vacuumed and it had no actual latch for the door let alone a lock it was ridiculous.
