Please be informed that Perbadanan Bekalan Air Pulau Pinang (PBAPP) has announced a scheduled water supply disruption in Penang from 25th to 28th April 2025. The hotel will remain fully operational during this period. We have taken proactive measures to ensure minimal disruption and maintain all our guests' comfort and convenience. From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Effective 1 June 2014, the Penang State Government will be imposing a local government fee of MYR 2 per room per night, payable directly to the hotel upon check-in.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. "Very Good"

Molt net, centric i ben cuidat.

Ja ens va semblar molt car al reservar-lo, el més car de tota la nostra ruta per Malàisia i a més a més, a part de la taxa turística, ens van cobrar una altra taxa del 8% que no estava indicada a cap lloc. Teniem 4 habitacions i aixó va suposar 80€ extres que no estàven indicats a booking. Penso que es massa car pels preus que hi ha al país.

"Charming Petite Boutique Hotel, perfectly located to explore old Georgetown"

Excellent Location, Friendly Staff, Very Clean. Best Omelette I’ve ever had.

Can be a little noisy as there is a mosque opposite, but it all adds to the experience.

"Superb in every way."

Great service from friendly staffs. Beautiful heritage building - vintage but new. Breakfast with variety. Strategic location - walking distance around street food, restaurants, bars, cafe, Komtar, convenience stores around Georgetown area.

Nothing. Probably exhaust fan for toilet.

A lovely hotel. Room was spacious enough. Decor was lovely. Staff super friendly. Excellent location. You could wslk to so many places from here.

The breakfast. Exact same thing every single day and it wasn’t great. Some variety is needed.
