Yeng Keng Hotel

L’amabilité et la réactivité du personnel. Les chambres à l’étage sont calmes, spacieuses et les lits sont grands.

Les chambres du bas ne sont pas insonorisées et il fait lourd (malgré la clim allumée). Le petit déjeuner n’est vraiment pas bon, heureusement qu’il est compris dans le prix :)

Yeng Keng's staff were excellent, so very helpful, friendly, always greeting with a smile and ready for a chat, advise offered on where to go, what to do were on point, they even helped us make bookings for restaurants. Whether it was the day or night staff, all round 5 star team ! Location of Yeng Keng was so convenient, with onsite parking. The pool was a surprise bonus for us. Rooms were comfortable, with nice hot shower. Security on site. Breakfast had a nice spread, food quality was good. We absolutely loved Yeng Keng and will be back.

Lighting could be better, space in room tight & at times awkward but workable. Rooms lacking somewhere to dry clothes e.g. swimmers.

This is one of the locations that you will start to love when staying a few days longer, The staff in this hotel is absolutely the best. Everyone is considerable and supportive. The location is very convenient, the busy road is not the most charming but you won’t be bothered by it when being in the hotel. And yes, it has plastic furniture and plants (we read some comments in previous reviews), but you won’t notice it anymore after enjoying the cosy rooms, lovely staff and tasteful breakfast (go for the perfect omelette and Malaysian desserts)
