Grand View Hotel

Beautiful property with character- the premises has an old world charm from the colonial era. However it’s the people here that take this place to another level - everyone from the owner (the lovely Radhika) to the waiting and cleaning staff, are cheerful, helpful and go out of their way to ensure you’re made to feel like you’re home.

Perhaps better facilities for drivers that bring the guests to the hotel - after hours of driving, it would be nice if the hotel could offer a place for the drivers to freshen up and use washroom facilities.

Nothing not to like.

Hospitality was to the point. Hotel view and food was awesome.Also staff was very helpful and frequently assisting if anything required.

Your breakfast was amazing. We are grateful for the lovely breakfast you made. Impressed by the staff within the hotel. Appreciate the efforts taken by Mr. Rana Restaurant Manager. It was wonderful.

Everything exceeded my expectation. The lights in the room have scope for improvement.

Property is good but the old furniture needs to be replaced and renovated .rest is good and nice..
