The location is good. The views are awesome and rooms are cleaned plus well maintained.

The staff is over friendly sometimes.

The room had a panoramic view of the mountains. Hospitality was very personalized and warm. The property was very well maintained, both the heritage section and the new section. The greenery and flowers everywhere were a feast for the eyes.The owner made it a point to interact with guests during the dinner which came free and had live music. Wonderful experience.

Beautiful property with a scenic view. Well maintained. It has an old world charm. Excellent food. Outstanding hospitality. Owner personally interacts with all guests and enquires about their comfort. Other staff is very polite and professional.

Liked the view from the hotel. It is really a grand view of Dalhousie. The staff is excellent, very helpful. It was beyond our expectations. Really happy with the grand view of the hotel. I would definitely like to visit again.

Best location and very good staff as well as owners. they keep a good check for all the guests.Food is good as well.
