Locatie is top, ruime living.

Slechte wifi, service was niet proper, verouderd en niet alles goed onderhouden, alle cabins dicht tegen elkaar, de helft van de wasmachines werkten niet

The bed was comfortable, and the shower was hot.

The facilities are tired, and the unit was squashed up against others. It was expensive for what was provided. Very little was provided in the way of cooking equipment.

"Great property but let down by poor customer service at check-in"

We love staying here, the location is great close to the port and shopping centre. Pretty pool is always a plus, and on this occasion we were lucky enough to enjoy a natural beauty with the stairway to the moon at the beach

The booking process was very stressful due to a receptionist's poor attitude. Shortly after booking, she called us and was quite abrupt. She insisted we only booked one 2-bedroom chalet for our group of 5, even though our confirmation clearly showed we booked two. She also questioned us aggressively about our child's age when we stated they were 2 years old.While we were on the phone, the system updated and she could finally see the second room. It turned out to be an error on her end, but instead of apologizing for the way she spoke to us, she simply blamed the app. The lack of an apology and her overall attitude were uncalled for and not appreciated
