Room a bit small but last available and had everything we needed. Breakfast excellent staff brilliant.

That we had to drive to beach. Bit far for us to walk but didn't stay long enough to find out if there was a bus outside.

The pub was delightful, charming staff, excellently kitted out rooms and breakfast was exceptional. I travel all over the country with work and stay in 3-4 different Booking.com sites per week - this is now in my top 5 value for money bookings.
