"Expensive and disappointing. Highlands is an expensive town so they can charge these prices..."

Was promised a room without stairs for access but was given a room on the lower level with many stairs. People walking in room above made huge noise whenever they walked across the room. Don't EVER accept a downstairs room.

"A HIDDEN GEM IN THE MOUNTAINS."

The location is very cool and quiet. The amenities are few but the Oak Steakhouse was exceptional. Parking is great and free. Truly relaxing and scenic.
