No complimentary breakfast. Location so so

70+ year old people having to carry bags up and down stairs. A “pet cleaning fee” that was added to my bill. No storage space in the room. No parking available in early evening because the restaurant crowd takes all of the spots

I thoroughly enjoyed a cup of coffee on the balcony of our room while hummingbirds flittered about and songbirds sang a sweet morning tune.

Text messages requesting personal preferances for our arrival came the days before and day of. With a barrage of texts and emails that we receive, following through with or mentioning the preferances we asked for would have been nice.

Location, cleanliness, atmosphere, room

It's unfortunate that the hotel does not have a full service restaurant. The Oaks is expensive and not available for breakfast or lunch.
