My mother, myself and my children went for a Christmas weekend. Artie at the bar was extremely rude , hurtful, disrespectful and made us cry during the happy hour meal. The front lobby staff was also very short and rude. He was making fun and talking about my children to other patrons. I don't think the hotel is used to having any families there. However, Ryan and Brittany were incredible help. They saved our entire weekend. They were kind, gracious, understanding and very nice to my children. We ended up having a fantastic Santa brunch on Sunday thanks to them. We would return only if they were still there.

Excellent customer support and friendly staff. The bar serves good food and drinks. The bartenders are excellent. Liz at the front desk is amazing , I was visiting for an unfortunate death in the family and Liz helped me get an early check in. Thank you

"Boutique Old Antique Charm with a comfortable king size bed. Stand in shower head pressure was everything."

I love a charming boutique hotel. Parking was easy. Complimentary Drink upon arrival. Standard Room was clean and basic. The location is on a Main Street with a few restaurants within walking distance.
