Arthur's Court Motor Lodge

I love staying at Arthur’s court it’s everything I need and the staff make things easy it’s always clean and tidy they always friendly and very accommodating to my needs I would recommend this place to everyone I know

Motel was central to our visit. I was a little muddled though when I inquired of the restaurants it said they had and they were off site that we had to travel to.

The shower could be cleaner by taking a brush in to crannies of the shower. Would have been nice to walk into a warm unit on a miserable day. Heating was off.

The owner had the hearing on for us which was such a nice touch. Coming off a plan and being so cold having the heat to walk into was so nice. They also had a bit of milk there for us to have our tea.

No Bidet as advertised and no Sky TV (not advertised).

The kitchenette in the room, having the ability to cook if I wanted to, the desk and large chairs were comfortable, aswell as the cleaning staff were very friendly

When I went to retrieve my check-in sheet, I noticed that other customers' personal information — including full names, phone numbers, and email addresses — was openly visible. This is a serious privacy issue. Additionally, I had to read out my room rate because the staff member at the counter couldn’t see it clearly. The bathroom was disappointing, with visible black spots around the ceiling that may indicate mould. The hair dryer rack was held up by tape, and some power outlets weren’t working. A few walls and skirting boards were also in need of touch-ups.
